Saikou Herbs does not accept returns or issue refunds unless
The product has been damaged in transit.
The product has a physical defect.
An incorrect product was shipped.
To request a return, you must:
Raise a return ticket on our portal, or
Email us at customer-support@saikouherbs.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used.
The seal has been broken.
The serial number has been tampered with.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect and validate your claim. If the return is approved, you may choose between a refund or a replacement. If the return is not approved, the product will be sent back to you.
Refund Process
Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after approval
COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working daysafter approval.
Insurance
Saikou Herbs provides transit insurance that covers the product only until delivery acceptance.
